Since the invention of the SPOMB, traditional groundbaiting with a classic rocket has become history. Its excellent aerodynamics help the angler reach baiting distances that are hard to match even with lead and rig.

The innovation of the SPOMB comes from its bait loading method. Essentially, the bait is sealed inside the rocket, allowing the angler to use any type of bait, from seeds to live bait. During the flight, the SPOMB doesn’t lose its load (as happens with a classic rocket) delivering the entire amount of bait precisely where intended.

The enormous success of the SPOMB can be overshadowed by one drawback: you need a powerful baiting rod, ideally 5.5-6lbs.

The new mini version allows the angler to bait with a regular 3.5lbs rod. For maintenance baiting during short sessions, where the noise produced by heavy baiting with a standard SPOMB is not desired, the MINI SPOMB is the ideal accessory.
