Return Form
The return of products is accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions below and in line with the applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, in particular Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented in the consumer’s country of residence.
- Products purchased online may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason. Before the end of this period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify the decision and without incurring any costs other than those permitted by law.
- The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- The seller will refund the value of the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which DraculaFishing.com is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract and the return has been accepted.
- DraculaFishing.com may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the consumer provides evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever occurs first).
Please complete the return form below to notify us of your decision to return a product, no later than the 14th calendar day from the date you received it. Forms submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Products may be returned either by bringing them personally (or through a representative) to our return address, or by sending them via courier services DPD or Sameday. After completing the return form, you will receive instructions from one of our operators regarding how to proceed with the return.

Please write “Product Return” and your order number on the shipping label (AWB) when sending the parcel.
Exceptions to the right of return (in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU):
- Software licences / digital maps (including items with preinstalled software or digital content);
- Consumables (such as batteries, accumulators, etc.);
- Personal care products for health or hygiene reasons (such as creams, sprays) once unsealed;
- Monofilament or braided fishing lines that are not sealed by the manufacturer;
- Underwear and similar intimate garments.
Personal care products and fishing lines can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed. We cannot accept returns of unsealed products of this type because we cannot guarantee their integrity for resale.
Return procedure:
Products can be brought personally to our return address or shipped via DPD or Sameday courier. When shipping by courier, please ensure that the shipping label clearly includes your contact details, the note “Product Return”, and your order number.
After receiving and inspecting the products, we will contact you with details regarding the progress and completion of the return procedure.
Special notes:
- If returned products show damage, missing parts, signs of wear, scratches, impacts, missing accessories or missing warranty documents, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refunded value (including VAT). This amount will be communicated after evaluating the condition of the returned goods.
- The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. According to EU law, for example, a consumer may try on a clothing item but not wear it for extended use.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse (repeated or unjustified returns).
- If transport-related product damage or missing items are not reported through the return form within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, the complaint may be considered invalid.
Please check the physical integrity of parcels at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier, and request a damage report if the products show signs of deterioration. Claims made without such evidence may not be accepted.
