Terms and Conditions of the "Black November" Campaign

Article 1. Campaign Organizer

Art. 1.1. The "Black November" campaign (hereinafter also referred to as the "Campaign") is organized by S.C. Marele Pescar Trade S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 5, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7018/2011, VAT ID RO28598479. Hereinafter, S.C. Marele Pescar Trade S.R.L. shall be referred to as the "Organizer".
Art. 1.2. The decision to conduct the promotional Campaign in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") is final and binding upon every participant in the Campaign (the "Participant"). The official Terms and Conditions are drawn up and made publicly available in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Art. 1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend any of the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions during the Campaign, for justified reasons, provided that such amendments are communicated publicly before becoming applicable.

Article 2. Campaign Name, Duration and Place of Conduct

Art. 2.1. The promotional campaign is called "Black November".
Art. 2.2. The promotional Campaign will take place between 30 October and 30 November 2026 and will be available exclusively online through the DraculaFishing website: https://www.draculafishing.com/.

The Campaign applies to all products for which a discount percentage or promotional price is displayed during the Campaign period. These products shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Products".

Article 3. Products Participating in the Campaign

Art. 3.1. The Campaign applies to fishing tackle, outdoor products and other products available on DraculaFishing that are specifically marked with a discount percentage, promotional price or other indication showing that they are included in the Campaign.
Art. 3.2. Products included in the Campaign are available subject to stock availability. Certain products may include discontinued items, end-of-line products, remaining stock from specific ranges or other products selected by the Organizer for promotional purposes.

Article 4. Eligibility and Conditions of Participation

Art. 4.1. The Campaign is available to natural persons who purchase the Products referred to in Article 3.1 through the DraculaFishing website during the Campaign period and who have created a customer account on www.draculafishing.com.
Art. 4.2. Participation in the Campaign implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 5. Campaign Mechanism

Art. 5.1. The Campaign consists of promotional prices applicable to the Products marked as participating in the "Black November" Campaign on www.draculafishing.com between 30 October and 30 November 2026.
Art. 5.2. The promotional price displayed on the website during the Campaign shall apply only during the Campaign period and while stocks last.

Products included in the "Black November" Campaign will be clearly marked on the DraculaFishing website.

Products are available subject to stock availability. Due to the nature of the Campaign and the high volume of orders that may be placed during this period, product availability may change rapidly.

Placing an order does not guarantee availability of a Product if, due to simultaneous orders or stock synchronization delays, the Product becomes unavailable before the order can be processed. In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.

The "Black November" Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, vouchers or other promotional benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer.

Orders placed during the Campaign will be processed and delivered in accordance with the delivery conditions, payment methods and Terms and Conditions available on the DraculaFishing website.

Article 6. Taxes and Financial Obligations

Art. 6.1. The Organizer shall be responsible for the payment of any taxes or financial obligations for which it is liable under the applicable legislation.
Art. 6.2. The Campaign is organized for the purpose of promoting and stimulating sales.

Article 7. Force Majeure and Fortuitous Events

Art. 7.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, force majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer which cannot be prevented, remedied or reasonably foreseen and which prevents the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. A fortuitous event is an event that could neither have been foreseen nor prevented by the Organizer.
Art. 7.2. If a force majeure event or fortuitous event prevents or delays, in whole or in part, the implementation of these Terms and Conditions or the continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations for the period during which such performance is prevented or delayed, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Art. 7.3. Where applicable, the Organizer will inform Participants of the occurrence of such an event within a reasonable period after becoming aware of it.

Article 8. Complaints and Disputes

Art. 8.1. Any complaint concerning the Campaign may be submitted in writing to the Organizer or sent by email using the contact details available on www.draculafishing.com, within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint.
Art. 8.2. Any disagreement arising between the Organizer and Participants in relation to the Campaign shall first be resolved amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Article 9. Suspension or Termination of the Campaign

Art. 9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotional Campaign at any time during its duration where justified circumstances require it, provided that Participants are informed through appropriate communication channels, including publication on the DraculaFishing website.
Art. 9.2. If the Campaign is suspended or terminated, Participants who have already fulfilled the Campaign conditions before the date of suspension or termination shall retain the benefits obtained in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, insofar as permitted by the applicable legislation.

Article 10. Campaign Terms and Conditions

Art. 10.1. These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the DraculaFishing website at https://www.draculafishing.com/ throughout the Campaign period.
Art. 10.2. Participation in the Campaign implies that each Participant has read, understood and fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Art. 10.3. The Organizer reserves the right to correct any obvious technical, typographical or pricing errors displayed on the website, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
