Paste

Paste is a bait material that can be used both as a hook bait and as an attraction and feeding material. When used as a bait, fishing with paste can be a highly effective method, especially in situations where fish refuse to feed on hard baits. Paste has the advantage of being usable in almost all types of fishing, as it can be molded directly onto the hook, but also on a hair rig, by using dedicated bait accessories. Additionally, paste can be shaped around other baits, such as pellets or boilies, to enhance their attraction.

When used as a feeding material, soluble paste serves as an attractant for fish, particularly carp, by coating the bait, hook, or even the weight with a layer of paste. The role of soluble paste is to act as a quick attractant, slowly dissolving and releasing nutrients into the water that trigger the feeding signal for fish.
