Delivery

 

All orders placed on draculafishing.com are delivered exclusively via courier services. Currently, deliveries are handled by Sameday and DPD.

Customers are advised to visually inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the package shows visible signs of damage, impacts or any other issues that may affect the contents, it is recommended to refuse the delivery. Refusing damaged parcels helps ensure a faster resolution of any transport-related issues.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address, parcel weight and selected courier, according to the courier’s applicable rates.

Once the order is complete, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Payment for orders is made exclusively online, by bank card, through the Netopia Payments platform.

This payment method is secure and uses modern transaction protection standards, meaning that card details are not stored and are not accessible to the merchant.

 

Order Cancelation

 

If a customer has placed an order and wishes to cancel it, they must contact us as soon as possible at info@draculafishing.com. The order value will be refunded as quickly as possible to the bank account from which the payment was made.

 

14-Day Return Policy

 

Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, namely Directive 2011/83/EU.

If the return is not due to a defective, non-compliant or incorrectly delivered product, but solely because the customer no longer wishes to keep the product, the return shipping costs will be fully borne by the customer.
