Warranty form

 

The products sold by the DraculaFishing store are sourced only from manufacturers or from suppliers authorized by the manufacturers and benefit from a valid warranty. Any manufacturing or functional defect of the purchased products will be handled by Marele Pescar Trade S.R.L. and evaluated together with the manufacturer or authorized supplier within a reasonable period of time, which will not exceed 15 working days from the date of receipt at our service department.

If durable-use products covered by warranty cannot be repaired, or if the cumulative period of non-functioning caused by defects occurring during the warranty period exceeds 10% of the total warranty period, the products will be replaced or, at the customer’s request, the value of the product will be refunded.

The warranty certificate and the warranty conditions do not replace and do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights. They are in line with applicable EU and national consumer protection legislation regarding the legal guarantee of conformity.

Warranty terms:

– Under the granted warranty, the customer may request, by completing the warranty form, the repair or replacement of the product if a defect that appears during normal use is the result of non-conformity of materials or workmanship and prevents proper use of the product.

– Warranty requests are accepted exclusively for products purchased through the website draculafishing.com. Warranty procedures are initiated only by completing the online warranty form.

 

– Warranty requests are processed exclusively through the online warranty form available on the website. Warranty claims are not accepted at any physical address.

 

– The defective product must be accompanied by all accessories delivered with it (e.g. spare spools, spare tips, other construction elements that are broken or damaged during use), original packaging (where available), warranty certificates and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) issued by Marele Pescar Trade S.R.L..

– Products sent by courier for warranty assessment must be properly packed to ensure adequate protection during transport. Improperly packed products, which may risk damage in transit, may be refused.

 

– Products that require warranty service must be sent exclusively by courier to the following address only after completing the online warranty form:
Marele Pescar Trade S.R.L., Strada Leordeni 153, Popesti-Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania, Postal Code 077160, with the note on the parcel: “WARRANTY”. Personal delivery of warranty products is not accepted.

 

– Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions on the website and with the above warranty conditions that fall under the buyer’s responsibility may lead to loss of warranty.

– The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use or maintenance of the product, use for purposes other than those recommended by the manufacturer, abuse, negligence, impact, disassembly, or any intervention/repair/modification performed by unauthorized persons or companies.

– Warranty is not granted for the following components and consumables: rod guides (ceramic inserts), rod tips (feeder tips, quiver tips, bolognese tips), reel seats, coating surfaces, accessories, batteries, battery leakage or packaging damage.

After submitting the online warranty form, you will be contacted within 1–2 working days by a DraculaFishing representative regarding the next steps for resolving your request.
