Fishing Clips
A fishing clip is a piece made of flexible, steel wire, typically consisting of a movable arm and a fixed arm equipped with a locking mechanism for the former. A clip allows for the easy and quick attachment of other accessories or even a line with a loop at the end.
This is their main advantage; they greatly assist in the quick operation of changes. For example, in predator fishing, changing a lure, various rigs, or accessories is done much faster than if it were necessary to tie a knot or recreate an entire setup. Another advantage that clips offer is the more free movement of the mounted accessories or lures, which helps to avoid tangling during casting. Last but not least, clips provide good strength, often superior to what can be achieved using, for example, a simple fishing line and various knots.
