Braided - rigs
For those rigs where flexibility is an important attribute in carp fishing, braided lines are preferred. The braided line is made by braiding several fibers (from 4 to 16 fibers can be braided), it has no stretch or so-called memory, and offers a much higher strength relative to diameter. However, it also has the disadvantages of increased visibility in water and a significantly higher production and marketing cost.
Being a much more supple line, the braided allows for the creation of small, strong knots and can enable various ways to present bait over any type of substrate.
