The Custom SMX MkII is the new range of electronic bite alarms from Prologic. The alarms feature buttons for volume adjustment ("V" - 5 levels), tone adjustment ("T" - 7 levels), as well as sensitivity adjustment ("S" - 4 levels). Volume, tone, and sensitivity each have independent setting levels. Thanks to the universal thread, the alarms can be attached to any type of rodpod, tripod, buzz bar, or peg.

The alarm circuits are encased in resin, providing a long lifespan. The alarms feature the classic PTFE magnetic roller with high sensitivity, signaling any bite no matter how subtle it is. Each alarm’s roller includes a night-light function. The memory function of the last bite preserves all settings for the next use, even if the battery is removed.

The alarms have built-in "Drop Back LED" and "Drop Back Tone" functions that signal a descending light and sound alert when the line moves back. They also provide optical and sound alerts for "Run" type bites (fish taking line). Each alarm is equipped with a port for connecting 2.5mm jack plugs from swingers or LED hangers.

The housing of both the alarms and the receiver is made from shock-resistant ABS and features protection against water ingress. The alarms operate on two 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring long-lasting functionality. After the fishing session, it is recommended to remove the batteries and transport them separately.

Each alarm comes with two extendable stabilizer "snag ears," which are also illuminated. These stabilizer ears prevent the rod from being pulled off the support during strong bites.

The SMX MkII receiver has an automatic detection system for easy synchronization with the alarms. The receiver includes buttons for volume ("V") and mode ("M") adjustment. You can also select the "Vibration" or "Silent" mode. The receiver operates on two 1.5V AAA batteries and features a "night light" function.

NOTE: The operating range of the alarms and receiver is approximately 150m, depending on usage conditions. The alarms and receiver are sold in a plastic case lined with foam material, providing protection during transport against shocks and water ingress. Both the receiver and alarms have water protection on the speakers. The standard LED colors of the alarms are red, yellow, blue, and green. The receiver can synchronize with no more than 4 SMX MkII alarms!

WARNING!

- Although the alarms are designed to work in any weather condition, do not submerge them in water!
- If you do not use the alarm or receiver for an extended period, remove the batteries;
- Do not overtighten the alarms on supports to prevent possible damage;
- Although the alarm signal range is very wide, we recommend staying near the rods.
