Okuma is currently one of the most important manufacturers of high-performance reels, with a tradition and innovation capacity that have earned it worldwide renown. This reel is specially designed for carp fishing at considerable distances. The reel is built around a sturdy graphite body, corrosion-resistant, with internal mechanisms driven by 3 sealed bearings that ensure smooth operation without tiring the arm after repeated casts.

The CNC-machined long cast spool, made from a single piece of anodized aluminum, is equipped with a round metal line clip. The 4.8:1 gear ratio allows for the retrieval of no less than 107cm of line per full crank turn, and the "Even Flow Roller System" technology reduces line twist through frictionless free rotation of the roller, preventing line breakage. The multi-disc drag, unidirectional Quick-Set Anti-Reverse bearing, and rotor balancing system complete the reel's top features.

NOTE: The reel is sold together with a spare graphite spool. The spool is deep and has a larger storage capacity than the main spool.
