The Avid Carp VTX+ bite alarm delivers advanced performance and reliable bite detection. The IQ-Sense system with a bidirectional roller detects movement in both directions and allows sensitivity adjustment across 8 levels, eliminating false alarms. The ChromaLight illumination with twin 5mm LEDs offers 6 colors and 3 intensity levels, plus an optional night light. The SafeGuard system warns of unauthorized alarm shutdown. The IPX6 housing protects internal components, while the low battery consumption (2xAAA) optimizes runtime. The alarm features a quality conical speaker, cyan LED for low battery, soft-touch buttons, and separate adjustments for volume, tone, and sensitivity. Deep ears with rubber inserts keep rods stable, and the 3/8” thread with a knurled collar and rubber gasket ensures a secure fit. The 2.50mm Power-Out socket allows connection of illuminated swingers (not included).
