Performance is guaranteed by a DOHC engine with a 1502cc displacement, ensuring excellent fuel economy. Due to its large displacement and light weight, the DF70A delivers outstanding running performance while meeting even the most stringent emission standards. The engine generates enough power for all small boats (it can also be used as a backup motor for larger vessels).

Additionally, another standout feature, besides improved operational smoothness and fuel savings, is the tilt system operation which impresses with a high level of comfort. It is easy to lift and position as desired, and the tilt positions allow mounting the motor according to boat requirements. The engine is protected against corrosion with a special finish developed by Suzuki specialists (Anti Corrosion System). Applied directly to the aluminum surface, it maximizes adhesion between the finish and the surface, enhancing protection and durability of parts constantly exposed to water.

NOTE: Underpowering a boat should be avoided, as the engine will run at higher RPMs, leading to premature wear of parts and increased fuel consumption. Overpowering a boat can cause difficulties in handling, excessive fuel consumption, and high costs (consumables, parts, etc.).
