The DF6A model delivers 6 horsepower and showcases Suzuki specialists’ determination to bring the benefits of advanced and efficient technology into a compact 4-stroke engine. Performance is guaranteed by a single-cylinder OHV engine with a displacement of 138 cc. Thanks to the large displacement and light weight, the DF6A engine provides strong acceleration. It is equipped with a special fuel filling system that ensures easy starting immediately after storage, while also meeting even the strictest emission standards.

Additionally, another standout feature, besides improved operation and fuel economy, is the tilt system operation, which impresses with its high level of comfort. Other features include 180-degree steering, providing good maneuverability even in deeper waters. Equipped with a large carrying handle, the engine is easy to lift and position as desired, and the tilt positions allow installation according to the boat’s requirements. The engine is protected from corrosion with a special finish developed by Suzuki’s team of specialists (Anti Corrosion System). Applied directly to the aluminum surface, it maximizes the bond between the coating and the surface, enhancing protection and durability of parts constantly exposed to water.

NOTE: Underpowering a boat should be avoided, as the engine will run at higher RPMs, eventually leading to premature wear of components and increased fuel consumption. Overpowering a boat can cause handling difficulties and significantly higher consumption and expenses (consumables, parts, etc.).
