NOTE: Undermotoring a boat should be avoided, as the engine will run at higher revs, eventually leading to premature wear of parts and increased fuel consumption. Overmotoring a boat can cause difficulties in handling the boat and very high fuel and maintenance costs (consumables, parts, etc.).
