The "long cast" lead (similar to the Fox Horizon model) is primarily used with helicopter rigs or with lost leads. Its shape ensures excellent aerodynamics and also reduces lead spin both during casting and retrieval. The aerodynamic shape also provides extra stability when spinning, especially when the lead is in a current or on ledges, keeping the rig exactly where it was cast without allowing the hook to snag as the lead moves along the substrate.

The leads are attached to a rolling swivel on the eye, which can quickly adapt to any type of clip or rig. The leads are coated with an electrostatic paint film that is resistant to scratches, strong impacts, water action, or oxidizers from the substrate. Thanks to the paint that mimics the substrate, the leads blend perfectly once in the water.
