The Super XS Spade Hooks were specially designed for fishing in wild waters for crucian carp, carp, or barbel. The hooks feature a spade end and have a classic Wide Gape shape (proven over time to be one of the most effective hook shapes when we want strength and great versatility in bait choice for hooks).

They benefit from Guru Wasabi Point technology, a hook tip specially created for perfect penetration, very sharp, and last but not least, extra durable. The hooks are made from forged Japanese steel and feature a PTFE coating that ensures long-lasting durability and discreet camouflage in the water. We can use live baits, soft pellets, corn kernels, various combinations of live bait and natural bait, and even bread crumb.

NOTE: The hooks are barbless, meaning they do not have a barb on the tip. This allows easier hooking and, in addition, protects the fish's lip when removing the hook (another important aspect is that it does not enlarge the fish's lip during the fight). The absence of a barb ensures quick removal from the fish's lip, a detail that matters enormously in speed fishing competitions.
