With the Garmin Striker Cast sonar, we find and catch fish more easily. Easy to use, it transmits and displays sonar images on a simple app interface for smartphone or tablet (setup is quick). It works in freshwater or saltwater (even for ice fishing) and shows fish or structures in clear detail.

It can also be used to check the water temperature. The sonar connects and transmits wirelessly up to 60 meters, and to simplify usage, activate the fish icons to see graphic images of target fish and depth values, so you know exactly where to cast your line. It is also water-resistant to IPX6 and IPX7 standards. To conserve battery life, Striker Cast turns on automatically when in contact with water and turns off when removed from water.

This sonar comes with a free Android or iOS app with a WiFi connection that does not require an internet data connection. Online access to the Garmin Quickdraw™ Community allows you to download maps with 0.3-meter contours to save where you found the best fishing spots. Choose between the 2-D sonar mode (traditional and easy to interpret) and the flash signal mode (recommended for ice fishing), with advanced adjustments for settings like range and more.
