Crossfire LT is a new addition to the spinning reel range, impressing with its modern design combined with high-quality materials. Thanks to the LT (LIGHT and TOUGH) concept, smaller reel bodies can be used while maintaining the spool size, significantly reducing weight for endurance fishing without tiring your arm. The long cast ABS aluminum spool generates less friction during casts and optimizes casting performance.

The Tough Digigear system ensures smooth operation, is very durable, delivers instant power transmission on retrieval, and offers increased durability, making this reel model a reliable companion even for the most active fishing sessions, with hundreds of retrieves and casts per day. The ATD drag system guarantees smooth operation without initial resistance and offers optimized drag power with high sensitivity at the same time. Thanks to the LT (Light & Tough) design combined with the Tough Digigear®, retrieval power and power transmission are higher, resulting in a longer lifespan.

The Cross Wrap® technology precisely lays the line on the spool and reduces the risk of accidental backlashes. Thanks to the special assembly and guidance of the reel shaft lift gears, Daiwa engineers have achieved a significant smoothing of the transmission compared to conventional systems with a similar design. The CNC-machined aluminum handle is fixed directly to the spool body, and the knob fits perfectly in the angler’s palm.

Daiwa engineers aimed to eliminate unnecessary weight without sacrificing power, maintaining the same line capacity on the spool. Redesigned with a minimalist profile and a tougher Digigear, all these make LT the lightest and most durable Daiwa reel.

ATD™ (Automatic Drag System) - the drag system excels with a much smoother transition between drag ranges, making it perfectly suited for braided lines. With ATD, the drag starts immediately, right from the beginning, and the transition to the preset drag force happens in a fraction of a second, eliminating line breakage from shocks.

Cross Wrap® - a special technology that arranges the line in a cross pattern on the spool. This technology significantly reduces tangles around the axis. Furthermore, the unique winding means more coils are taken on the spool, translating to extreme casting distances.

Tough DigiGear® - a digitally developed gear system designed to withstand high drag forces. The pinion integrated into the spool body transmits the handle’s power directly to the rotor smoothly and extremely efficiently. The size of the drive gear, strength and angle of the gears, shape and surface of the gear teeth allow the construction of gearboxes with exceptional smoothness, minimal resistance during use, and an extremely long lifespan.

Silent Oscillation® System - thanks to the special assembly and guidance of the reel shaft lift gears, Daiwa engineers have achieved a significant smoothing of the transmission compared to conventional systems with a similar design. Silent shaft lift - less noise, precise operation, and extreme durability.

Infinite Anti-Reverse® - a roller bearing that allows the rotor to rotate in only one direction. Only the highest quality steel parts with the tightest tolerances are used here.
