It is recommended that after bringing the fish into the net, it should not be lifted by the tail. Instead, hold the “Y” connector with one hand and the net with the other, or in the case of trophy catches, remove the arms from the “Y” connector and transport the fish in the slightly rolled net (without the handle) to the unhooking mat.
