Simms was founded in 1980 by a visionary angler and long-time guide John Simms. After spending decades providing clients with life-changing experiences on the world’s most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs of keeping top anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get on the water earlier and stay out longer in any weather.

The Kid's Tributary Stockingfoot Basalt is a waterproof wader dedicated to kids from Simms’ range. The wader is built with durable, breathable polyester fabric featuring four layers in the lower section and three layers in the upper section. It features two adjustable suspenders and an elastic belt around the waist as the fastening system.
