Salmo Slider Sinking SD7S Wobbler, Real Hot Perch, 7cm, 21g

Salmo Slider Sinking SD7S Lure, Real Hot Perch, 7cm, 21g

The Salmo Slider was introduced many years ago, becoming legendary among predator anglers. It's no surprise that this lure has broken many personal records for anglers (both beginners and competitors). The launch of Slider lures represented a new superior quality in the world of artificial baits. Retrieving this lure is very easy; any retrieval technique is effective, and the lure’s movement will resemble that of a wounded prey fish. The colder the water, the longer the pause between movements should be (up to 3 seconds).

It is recommended for pike, zander, perch, and catfish fishing. Typically, the Slider is fished with a regular series of sharp and aggressive rod jerks, while the retrieval should be fast. Before using this lure, it is advised to cast it a few times in clear water to observe its action (to improve lure handling technique). The Slider is effective for trolling, placed behind the boat between 10m and 30m and jerked as you would when casting, every few seconds.

NOTE: Floating versions are highly recommended during the warm season when vegetation is abundant and available water column is very limited, while sinking models are preferred in areas with less vegetation or deeper water.
