Since the invention of the SPOMB, traditional bait rockets have become a thing of the past. Excellent aerodynamics help the angler reach distances that are hard to match even with weights and rigs. The innovation of the SPOMB comes from its bait loading method. Essentially, the bait is sealed inside the rocket, allowing the angler to use any type of bait, from seeds to live bait. The design has been improved compared to classic Spomb models, making it suitable for extreme distance casts.

The X model features a unique shape, designed for maximum weight on the front, an essential attribute for achieving significant distances. The ideal weight for forceful, long-distance casts is 5 – 5.5 oz (142g - 155g depending on the type of bait used). The bait rocket floats thanks to the high-density foam that Spomb specialists have incorporated into the plastic body. The buoyancy of the new model eliminates the need for dedicated floats, significantly enhancing its aerodynamic properties. The manufacturer's recommendation is to use only dedicated Spomb or Spod rods for baiting with Spomb bait rockets and to use durable leaders (braided or monofilament) to reduce the risk of breakage during casting.

Instructions for use:

• 1. Attach the rocket swivel to the leader of the bait rod;
• 2. Hold the rocket horizontally, with the Spomb logo facing up;
• 3. Press the red button at the tip of the rocket, and it will open;
• 4. Fill the lower cavity with bait. (WARNING: Do not place bait in the mechanism compartment that triggers the rocket's opening);
• 5. Close the rocket. When the rocket closes, a confirmation click can be heard. Do not force the closure if you have added too much bait!;
• 6. Launch the rocket with a smooth motion at an angle of approximately 45 degrees to the water's surface;
• 7. Upon impact with the water, the rocket will open, releasing its contents. If it does not open, after retrieval, reverse the red button located at the tip of the rocket. Depending on this adjustment, the rocket will open more or less easily upon impact with the water.
• WARNING: For the safe use of the Spomb rocket, the manufacturer recommends using a protective thimble.
