Mepps Comet Spinner Nr.5, Silver Color, 11g

The Mepps Comet is a spinner specially designed for fishing small to medium-sized predators such as chub, trout, or perch. The brass swivel positioned between the blade and the body of the spinner allows it to spin aggressively when retrieved, regardless of speed. The blade has a 45º rotation angle and continuously adapts to the current's resistance, maintaining vibration levels even during very slow retrieves.

The spinner is recommended for use mainly in flowing waters where currents are interrupted by stones. Its blades operate near or away from the central axis. The "will o the wisp" action is also an excellent quality in still waters, where it can imitate a wounded fish in its last moments. The general rule is to use smaller sizes to catch smaller fish and larger spinners to catch bigger fish.

NOTE: The spinner is sold in a plastic blister for maximum protection during transport.
