FUDO hooks are the best hooks made in Japan at the Fudo factory, combining the finest materials, top technologies, and the highest human skills.

The production process benefits from several patents in metallurgy and manufacturing techniques, using specially selected materials - carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content. These materials, in the form of calibrated wires, are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. There are two different sharpening methods used: mechanical and chemical.

During the process, the sharpening level is monitored online, resulting in a perfectly sharpened hook. Hardening is done in special computer-assisted ovens, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly hardened with excellent strength and elasticity.
