The TDM QD is a compact reel, significantly improved both functionally and aesthetically compared to the previous Match & Feeder LT model. The reel features 4 bearings (3 CRBB + 1 RB) and a corrosion-resistant aluminum HardBodyZ® body, giving it reduced weight and long-lasting durability. The silent oscillation system, Tough DigiGear® (TDG) gears, and Air Rotor® technology ensure smooth and precise operation of the reel.

The aluminum long cast ABS spool provides less friction during casting and greatly enhances casting performance. The anti-reverse lever is easy to locate in critical situations (when you’re in a fight with a fish), allowing for effortless use. The Cross Wrap® line lay system significantly reduces line tangling around the spool shaft. The "QD" Quick Drag front drag system with carbon discs can be switched from tight to completely loose with a single full turn of the dial.

The sturdy pick-up wire, the Twist Buster® II roller that prevents accidental line breakage, the Infinite Anti-Reverse® system, and the one-touch fast handle complete the reel’s features. The EVA knob fits perfectly into the angler’s palm, while the Digigear II gearing ensures optimal power transmission and tremendous retrieval strength, very useful when frequent rig retrievals are needed in feeder or match fishing.

NOTE: The reel is sold together with an aluminum spare spool, identical to the main spool in shape, material, and technical specifications.
