The Crosscast 45 SCW QD is a Big Pit reel specifically designed for anglers who want to achieve extreme distances when casting (the spool has an ultra-long stroke of 45mm). The ultra long cast aluminum spool and the Slow Cross Wrap™ line laying system allow for even distribution of coils and significantly reduced friction, while the rounded HIP clip protects the line, proving invaluable when precise baiting zones need to be reached.

The "QD" Quick Drag front drag system with carbon discs can be switched from completely tight to free with a single full rotation of the handle. The reel features a "No Paint" finish, preventing the peeling of paint from the body. The stainless steel axle and Digigear II gears ensure optimal power transmission and tremendous retrieval force, which is very useful when the rigs need to be frequently retrieved and during fights with large fish.
