The Razor V-Curve model is the result of two years of testing and development, continuously improved through collaboration with top anglers, aiming to create an ideal hook for carp fishing. It features a unique, slightly atypical shape (V-curvature), and the foundational elements of these hooks are the same established components found in other hooks from the Razor Point range.

This type of V curvature reduces the hook's movement in the fish's mouth and concentrates pull force in the middle of the curve. It is a shape that helps decrease the number of fish lost during the fight. The very wide gap, the slightly inward-angled eye, the short shank, and the curved tip assist the hook in penetrating the fish's mouth regardless of the rig type or leader material used.

The tip of the hook has been achieved through a special sharpening technology (Dura-Point), and its shape offers advantages when fishing on the bottom with submerged obstacles (gravel, stumps, ledges, etc.). Hooks with a wider gap and shorter shank (like the V-Curve) help reduce the risk of injuring the fish during the fight. V-Curve hooks are made from high-carbon steel, which provides them increased resistance to corrosion as well as in battles with larger fish.
