Few Romanian anglers haven't heard of Zsolt Benzar, a multiple national champion in stillwater fishing, with an impressive record: gold medals and individual national champion titles in 2003 and 2005, bronze medal and national vice-champion title in 2003, bronze medal in 1997, as well as gold medals and national team champion titles (Energofish) in 2005 and 2006, and silver medal in 2004.

Zsolt also holds the national record for the highest weight of fish caught in a 3-hour session at the Profi-Mix Cup in 2003, with 31.600 kg of roach.

Starting in 2007, Zsolt decided to reveal part of his secrets by launching a complete series of groundbaits, covering all species of coarse fish found in Romania.
