Zeck Steel Wire is a stainless steel wire made in Japan, braided from 7 strands, gaining increasing popularity among predator anglers, mainly due to its unique ability to return to its original shape even after severe bending. This allows connections to rigs, hooks, etc., to be made using either crimps or knots, with the ties being quick and easy to make.

With Zeck Steel Wire, it is even possible to achieve knots with up to 100% of the linear breaking strength, thanks to a very specific adjustment of the alloy composition targeting key leader properties: maximum abrasion resistance, optimal flexibility, maximum breaking strength/knot strength, and a matte surface. Its very low visibility (anti-reflective coating) and the features mentioned above make it an excellent choice for pike fishing, ideal for making leaders.
