Kuusamo spinning lures are made from a metal alloy that provides increased resistance to mechanical stress, equipped with very sharp trebles and high-quality stainless steel rings. The compact, slightly concave body has excellent aerodynamics that allow casting over long distances. During retrieval, the spoon produces a strong vibration in the water, triggering interest from the targeted fish.

Professional anglers’ advice for all Rasanen lure fans: try an irregular retrieve. Start retrieving calmly, then stop after a short time. Then continue a bit faster and stop the lure again after five or six turns of the reel handle. After stopping, return to a slow retrieve. The spoon will offer a "zigzag" action that attracts pike, and surprisingly often, the fish strike immediately when the retrieve is paused.
