The Salmo Slider was introduced many years ago, becoming legendary among predatory fish anglers. It’s no surprise that this lure has broken many personal records for both beginners and competitive anglers. The Salmo Rattlin' Slider features the same renowned action as the Slider lure, but this model has been enhanced internally with a special chamber containing rattling metal beads that create low-frequency vibrations, while its aerodynamic shape further improves casting distance.

The launch of the Slider lures brought a new level of quality to the world of artificial baits. Retrieving this lure is very easy; any retrieval technique works effectively, with the lure’s movement mimicking an injured baitfish. The colder the water, the longer each pause between movements should be (up to 3 seconds).

It’s recommended for pike fishing, usually worked with a series of sharp, aggressive rod jerks combined with a fast retrieve. Before using this lure, it’s advisable to cast it several times in clear water to observe its action and improve your retrieval technique.
