The Salmo Slider was introduced many years ago, becoming legendary among predator anglers. It's no surprise that this lure has broken many personal records for anglers (both beginners and competitive fishers). The Salmo Rattlin' Slider features the same renowned action as the Slider lure, but this model has been enhanced internally with a special chamber containing rattling metal balls, designed to produce low-frequency vibrations, while its aerodynamic shape further facilitates long-distance casting.

Casting the Slider lure marked a new level of quality in the artificial bait world. Retrieving this lure is very easy; any retrieval technique is effective, as the lure's movement mimics that of an injured baitfish. The colder the water, the longer each pause should be (even up to 3 seconds) between movements.

It is recommended for pike fishing; typically, the Slider is fished with a series of sharp and aggressive rod jerks, while retrieval speed should be fast. Before using this lure, it is advised to cast it a few times in clear water to observe its action, helping you improve your technique.
