The JRC Cocoon 2G Recovery Sling is a weighing sling with a solid base that helps you protect your catch throughout the handling and weighing process. The mesh is made from soft, tear-resistant polyester fibers that allow fish to retain their natural slime coat, resist unpleasant odors, and are very easy to clean. The mesh base features holes for quick water drainage.

The weighing sling has EVA foam floating strips running the entire length, a double zip closure, and reflective corners for high visibility at night. The weighing handles are equipped with steel rings for easy attachment to the scale hook. The sling includes a small pocket for storing the Hi-Viz cord and floating ball, along with the securing pin.

The double zipper seals tightly, and locking clips ensure the fish won’t slip out of the sling. The Cocoon 2G Recovery Sling folds for easy transport. It is supplied with an odor-proof carry bag lined with a waterproof PVC layer.

NOTE: It is not recommended to keep fish on the sling for extended periods. Always check that the fish’s fins are folded against its body before lifting the sling out of the water.
