This is a waggler float specially designed for match fishing, in the English style, or the so-called "Sheffield". The body of the float is made from treated balsa wood with multiple layers of sealant to prevent water infiltration. The tips of the antennas (3mm and 4.5mm) are painted in fluorescent colors, making them highly visible from considerable distances.

The weight in the head of the float features interchangeable brass discs (for perfect balancing) and a loop for slow sliding on the main line. This type of sliding float is recommended for fishing in canals and lakes, with the antenna tip being the right compromise in many situations between buoyancy, visibility, and sensitivity.
