The Minn Kota Ultrex 80 MR DSC is a bow-mount electric motor designed for freshwater fishing and for precise vessel control. The motor delivers 80lbs of thrust, runs on 24V and features a 132cm composite shaft.

The Power Steering system combines assisted steering with intuitive foot-pedal control, providing quick, precise response to course changes. The Lift-Assist system uses an assisted mechanism to reduce the effort required to raise and lower the motor, making handling easier during use.

The integrated GPS system enables automatic control of the boat's position and movement. The Spot-Lock feature holds the boat at a set point, and the navigation functions allow control of heading, speed and course. One-Boat Network integration allows the motor to be connected with compatible Humminbird equipment.

The DSC variant is equipped with an integrated Dual Spectrum CHIRP transducer, allowing detailed 2D sonar imaging without the need to mount a separate transducer on the exterior of the motor. Integrating the transducer helps protect cables and keeps the assembly compact.

The motor is supplied with a control foot pedal and a Micro Remote for wireless access to main functions. Digital Maximizer technology manages power consumption according to the speed used, helping extend battery run-time.
