Tite Lok 5682 is a mount designed for securing a downrigger to the boat. Its universal construction allows use with a wide range of downrigger models, and the mounting plate is fitted with multiple holes and threaded openings for adapting equipment.

The plate can be adjusted to keep the downrigger level, even when the surface the mount is installed on is at a different angle. The double-clamp attachment system allows installation on the boat's gunwale without a permanent installation.

The mounting plate measures 152x126mm, and the clamping system is compatible with gunwales up to approximately 52mm thick.
