The thermal belt contains: iron powder, salt, activated carbon, water, vermiculite. As a single-use product, it can be disposed of in the trash after use.

Instructions for use: After removing from the package, the belt can be used immediately. It takes only a few minutes for the warmers to reach maximum temperature. You will have a warm back and feel comfortable for up to 12 hours.
