The AXION 2 XG35 is a thermal imaging camera from Pulsar that delivers detailed images thanks to its 640 × 480 pixel sensor and a screen resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels. With a high refresh rate of 50 Hz, using the camera is comfortable and dynamic. It can detect an object up to a distance of 1750 meters, offers enhanced accuracy, and can be safely used in rain or snow, featuring an IPX7 protection rating.

The Axion 2 XG35 has an IPX7 rating, making it resistant to heavy precipitation and snow. The unit is designed to operate flawlessly, even after being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

The built-in WiFi connects the Axion 2 to Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 mobile app. This opens up a wide range of options, including device software updates, real-time streaming of images from the device to the smartphone screen, sharing photo and video content captured by the device on social media, remote control of the digital device, and access to the latest Pulsar news.

A powerful F35/1.0 lens combined with highly sensitive thermal image sensors provides exceptional detection capabilities. A standard object 1.8 m tall can be detected up to 1750 m away in complete darkness.

The device is equipped with a European Lynred sensor with a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels (pixel size 12 µm). It captures a high-quality signal even in the most challenging observation conditions such as rain, fog, high humidity, or dense atmosphere.

The device housing is made from magnesium alloy, providing high structural rigidity while maintaining low weight and ergonomic design. The casing efficiently dissipates heat generated by electronic components, protecting the device from overheating.

Axion 2 XG35 offers image optimization based on the purpose and observation conditions, delivering high-quality rendering of both observed objects and background. This is achieved through 3 levels of signal amplification and a smoothing filter combined with fine brightness and contrast adjustments.

The high-capacity APS5 battery provides up to 7 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. The battery can be removed from the housing and replaced with a new one in seconds. It charges in the special charging unit or inside the device via PC, household power supply, or power bank through USB-C.

Axion 2’s internal memory can store hours of video and tens of thousands of photos. 16 GB of memory is available for storing photos and videos captured with the device in the Pulsar cloud. Simply install the Stream Vision 2 mobile app, log in, and connect the device to a smartphone via WiFi.
