Daiwa Certate G 21 SW 6000 H Reel

The new Certate G 21 SW reels feature a "Monocoque Body" aluminum frame and a sleek design that ensures lightweight components. The idea from Daiwa Japan's engineers was to design the best and most precise reel on the market, breaking the compromises between low weight and long-lasting durability. Powerful yet lightweight, this series allows for various sea fishing techniques such as light jigging, shore jigging, or even deep fishing with shad.

"Monocoque Body" - The Monohull structure has an aluminum frame designed to resist twisting and bending while refining and optimizing internal space for the pinion and gears. With space saved, the gear system’s size relative to the frame volume was pushed to technical limits, so the rotor now takes up 85% of the total Monohull frame space. This technology optimizes the advantages of Certate G both in terms of weight gain and power. Certate G adopts a high-precision machined aluminum body with a longer lifespan.

"Tough Digigear" - This gear processing technology provides enhanced and durable smoothness. The moment the handle is touched lightly, the rotor starts to turn. The "Tough Digigear" drive wheel is designed through cold forging and high-precision CNC cutting. This engineering ensures infinitely silent rotation.

"MagSealed Technology" - Sealing the rotor was a challenge that Daiwa met in 2010 and has optimized year after year. To seal the rotor inside the housing, the seal is made from a magnetic oil called MagSealed. This oil is frozen within a magnetic field and prevents water and dust from entering the mechanism. Certate G features a single-piece, weld-free, flange-free structure with high durability. That’s why MagSealed is additionally positioned both on the pinion and the pick-up, giving them resistance against corrosion from seawater.
