Korda Leader LongChuck Tapered Leader, Clear, 5x10m/spool

The Korda Longchuck shock leader is specially designed for long-distance fishing without the risk of breakages and is perfect when used together with the LongChuck main line. There are three different LongChuck Tapered Leader combinations, allowing matching with the breaking strength of the main line used. This allows the best possible knot and reduces the risk of breakages. Each leader is 10 meters long, with 8 meters of 0.47mm line to absorb casting force and provide protection during drill with fish due to its abrasion resistance. The last 2 meters taper from 0.47mm to 0.27mm, 0.30mm, or 0.33mm, depending on the chosen version. The tapered leaders have the same properties as the LongChuck main line, with ultra-low stretch and low weight. These properties ensure it stays airborne longer, and a high breaking strength-to-diameter ratio helps reduce air resistance. Each spool contains five leaders.
