Sufix Advance is the first monofilament on the market that incorporates HMPE molecules. The new magnetic extrusion process developed by Sufix (Magnetic Extrusion Process) draws the HMPE molecules to the surface of the line during extrusion. This blend creates an abrasion-resistant surface without sacrificing suppleness or low memory.

HMPE molecules - the same material used in Dyneema fibers - reduce line stretch to the point where it has 50% less elongation than standard monofilament, aiding in proper rig presentation, bite detection, and efficient lure setting.

Sufix Advance also offers superior knot strength, achieving an average of 96% strength during testing (using a grinner / uni knot). Combining hybrid copolymers with HMPE molecules is an industry innovation, as this is not naturally possible.
