The Blue Blue Shalldus works optimally in shallow areas. The blade’s vibration and the small silhouette instinctively trigger fish to strike. The body has a flattened back, which makes the Shalldus produce a natural movement as it is retrieved. The belly section is designed to minimize resistance rather than create pressure against its swimming motion. Thus, the Shalldus can easily surface even during slow retrieval.

It has a blade but still casts far enough (suitable for long casts) and then swims close to the surface just beneath it. Since the blade easily adjusts once it hits the water, it doesn’t head to the surface even against strong angled wind. Moreover, because the Shalldus doesn’t dive deep during slow retrieves, you can let it stay in or on the breaking waves longer, giving fish plenty of time to strike.
