Blue Blue Shalldus works optimally in shallow areas. The blade's vibration and small silhouette instinctively trigger fish bites. The body has a flattened rear part, which makes the Shalldus produce a natural movement as it is retrieved. The belly section is designed to minimize resistance, not to create pressure against its swimming motion. Thus, Shalldus can easily surface even during slow retrieval.

It has a blade but still flies far enough (suitable for long casts) and then swims close to the surface at a short distance. Because the blade adapts easily once it hits the water, it doesn't head straight to the surface even against strong angled wind. Moreover, since Shalldus does not dive deep during slow retrieval, you can leave it in or on breaking waves longer to give fish enough time to bite.
