The Cooling Hoody features technologies designed for sun protection and is crafted to provide low thermal comfort during the hottest periods of the year while offering excellent head coverage. This men's fast-drying shirt has COR3™ fabric to fight odors and wick away moisture, keeping you dry throughout your fishing trip. It is rated UPF 50 for sun protection, and the sleeves and shoulders are designed for comfort and natural movement.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much UV radiation from the sun is absorbed. A fabric with a rating of 50 allows only 1/50th of the sun’s UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric significantly reduces skin exposure to UV radiation. All UPF finishes from Simms last the lifetime of the garment.
