Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After decades of providing customers with life-changing experiences on some of the world’s most majestic rivers, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs of keeping top anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get on the water earlier and stay out longer in any weather.

This men's quick-drying shirt features COR3™ fabric to fight odors and wick away moisture, keeping you dry throughout your fishing trip. It is rated UPF 50 for sun protection, with sleeves and shoulders designed for comfort and natural movement.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much UV radiation from the sun is blocked. A fabric with a rating of 50 allows only 1/50th of the sun’s UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric significantly reduces skin exposure to UV rays. All of Simms’ UPF finishes last for the lifetime of the garment.
