The Intruder BiComp Shirt is a base layer that offers enhanced sun protection. The men's shirt is constructed with a stretch fabric that wicks moisture, dries quickly, and provides UPF 30 performance. Stretch side panels allow air to circulate to keep you cool, while extended knit cuffs help protect against harmful sun rays. Two flybox-compatible zippered pockets add storage space. The sleek shirt is made with UPF 30 sun protection. The body and upper sleeves are made from 100% polyester, 77 g/m², while the side body panels and lower sleeves are 92% polyester/8% spandex, 143 g/m².

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much UV radiation from the sun is absorbed. A fabric rated 30 allows only 1/30th of the sun's UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric significantly reduces skin exposure to UV radiation. All UPF finishes from Simms last the lifetime of the garment.
