The protected compartment features a waterproof hood, ideal for shielding baits from rain and direct sunlight. The open area uses Ventamesh construction, which allows water to drain and air to circulate.

The open section can be fitted either to the left or the right of the covered compartment, allowing the configuration to be adapted to the angler’s position and fishing style. This setup is especially useful for pole fishing close to the bank, where a full-width hood can limit access.
