The Shimano Yasei rods are developed for predator anglers who use specialized techniques and need gear optimized for the targeted species. Each model in the range is designed for a well-defined style of fishing, offering a balance of sensitivity, accuracy and power reserve. The series covers a wide range of applications dedicated to pike, zander and perch fishing, using the latest European spinning and baitcasting techniques.

The blank is made entirely from high-modulus carbon and benefits from Hi-Power X and Nano Alloy technologies, which reduce twist during casts and fights, increase structural rigidity and improve the rod's responsiveness. The result is excellent lure control, accurate casts and efficient transmission of vibrations to the angler.

Equipment includes Fuji Alconite K-type guides and Fuji reel seats, adapted for both spinning and baitcasting models. The split EVA handle complements the series' modern design and offers comfort and good grip in use. Models dedicated to finesse techniques for perch feature solid TAFTEC tips, which increase sensitivity and allow detection of the lightest bites.

The Yasei series includes rods for a wide range of techniques, from finesse fishing with very light lures to powerful baitcasting models intended for crankbaits, swimbaits and other large lures for targeting big pike.
