Shimano STC BB Spinning Rod, 2.40m, 10-30g, 4pc

Shimano STC BB Spinning Rod, 2.40m, 10-30g, 4pcs

The Shimano STC BB Spinning is a range of travel rods developed for predator fishing, combining a robust construction with compact transport dimensions and versatile performance. Inspired by the STC AX series, the range is designed for anglers who frequently travel between fishing spots or want gear that is easy to carry in luggage, backpacks or cars. The four-piece construction allows for compact storage while retaining the sensitivity and control needed when fishing with artificial lures.

The durable composite blank offers a balanced combination of flexibility, sensitivity and power reserve. The Moderate Fast action allows the rod to load progressively during casts and helps absorb sudden runs during the fight. The 2.40m model, with a casting weight of 10-30g, offers greater casting range and versatility when using medium-weight lures. This configuration is suitable for zander and pike fishing, and allows you to use various types of shads, wobblers and other artificial lures on both lakes and rivers.

The rod features single-leg Shimano Hardlite guides, designed to guide the line efficiently and withstand repeated use. The Shimano DPS reel seat secures the reel firmly, while the EVA handle provides comfort and a good grip when casting and retrieving. The four-piece construction makes it easy to transport in a compact format, without taking up the space required by a conventional two-piece rod. The model comes with a plastic protective tube for transport and storage.
