The Shimano SpeedMaster II 20LBS is a two-speed multiplier reel designed for heavy saltwater fishing, trolling, deep-water jigging and bottom fishing. Its rigid HAGANE aluminium body resists flex under load and keeps the gears perfectly aligned, even during demanding fights. The two-speed system lets you switch quickly between high gear for fast line retrieval and low gear for extra cranking power when a fish puts up a fight.

The Lever Drag uses Cross Carbon Drag washers and delivers up to 20kg of maximum drag. The S A-RB bearings are protected against corrosion, while the Super Free Spool system reduces spool friction for freer rotation. The SPM20II model is configured for Right Hand retrieve and comes with an additional drag cam for use with monofilament line.
